TEENAGE & ADULT CLASS
Our workouts are a great way to get in shape. . . . . . .
The great thing about our classes is they are like an exercise programme with a bonus! You learn to defend yourself whilst you get in shape. Also unlike some aerobics lessons you will never feel out of place as everyone works at their own individual pace.
Wune Tang Academy understand that most people have never undertaken a martial arts class. Our Instructors are patient, professional and totally committed to your progress. Focus on weight control, personal growth, new friendships, toning, physical fitness and flexibility. We know how hard it can be to make that first step and we promise you that you will feel very ‘at home’ from your first session with us!

Master Woon regularly hosts seminars. The seminars are generally two hours long and each one has a different emphasis usually focusing on one aspect of normal class training e.g. Weaponry, forms application, sparring, self-defence, breaking etc. Seminars are extremely beneficial to enhance your regular training.
Wune Tang Academy also have an ‘open door’ policy to guest Instructors who wish to share their knowledge and Art.
Our endurance days/camps are extreme fitness sessions in which students are pushed to the limit of their endurance to develop their fighting spirit. Even though extremely hard the feeling of achievement at the end is very uplifting!
