My Martial Art has been a great achievement for me.  It has built up my muscle, strength and stamina.  My Karate would help me to defend myself against others on the street and to stop myself from being bullied.  The things I enjoy the most about my Karate are my forms and sparring.  My favourite form is Pyung An Oe Dan because I like all the moves and combinations in it.  Sparring is great because we get to fight each other.  The main thing I like about my Martial Arts is that it is FUN!!!  One day I hope to be like my Dad a Master!

My Karate is fun and exciting.  When we get to green belt we have weapons which is a Bong and when we get to Dan Grade we have Nun chucks.  We also have forms and my favourite form is Sah Dan.  I know about 15 forms.  We have inter club tournaments and last tournament I won first place trophies for sparring and forms. I have just come back from Germany which was really exciting. Every three months we have a grading to try and get to the next belt or tag.  I am waiting to be asked to do my 2nd Dan.  We also have kicks and punches.  My favourite kick is windmill kick and my favourite block is outside inside block.  I like Karate and one day I want to be like my Daddy and teach at Dunchurch, Wolston and Cawston.  I train on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and squad training on a Sunday.  By Daisy Woon, thank you for listening.

I first started Wune Tang Academy Tang Soo Do at the age of 6 years old.  I wondered what it would be like to be a midnight blue belt.  Actually I still think that right now!  Well I've found the answer.  It's hard work, you have to have strong punches and many more.  It was even hard work as a white belt when I didn't know what to do.  I can't wait until I'm midnight blue belt.  My terminology is coming on really well thanks to the terminology sheet on the web.  Only one more tag until midnight blue belt!
